Shipping & Returns

Currently, we are only delivering to locations within Wake County and some parts of Durham. Please check the list below to see if your zip code is included in our delivery area. Currently we delivering these zip codes 27560, 27519, 27511, 27513, 27607, 27512, 27518, 27539, 27607 and 27713 (Durham). 


 ‚ÄčAt we charge only the minimum shipping/delivery rate necessary to provide unbeatable products and service on every order.

 Delivery/Shipping Cost

  * Free delivery on orders over $100 for most of the zips codes in RTP Area.

  * Flat $4.99 shipping cost on orders below $25.

We reserve the right to choose any shipping method to get your order to your doorstep.

Free delivery promotion may not applicable for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items based on weight and shipping location.

Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping information, including suite and apartment numbers, or you may be charged a $4.99 penalty imposed by delivery team.

Please note that if your package is returned by the shipper as "undeliverable," you are responsible for both the outgoing and incoming shipping charges, unless the mistake was our oversight.

Order Fulfillment

Please note from time to time product packaging is modified with the resulting changes not immediately updated in the online product photo. The product attributes such as size, quantity, form and/or origin will always be consistent with the online photo and description. 

We process, pack and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If there is a problem with your order, someone from our customer service team will contact you immediately.

Out of stock or back ordered items

 It is possible that your order may have items that are currently back ordered or out of stock, in such cases it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via e-mail or call you in reference to them.

If you do not want any substitutes, kindly leave a note to that effect in your order instructions or once you receive our message you have 24 hours to let us know that the changes are not to your liking. If alternatives are not suitable, we can refund the missing items instead. Substitution Policy 

  • will refund the item value if no substitution is found.
  • will substitute at no additional cost to customer with higher value or larger quantity item if the exact item was not found.
  • will substitute with another brand of higher value or larger quantity when the ordered brand is not available
  • Note: We have no affiliation with any brand and we don't swap items to promote one brand over another.
  • We love our customers and would be happy to refund for any inconvenience caused due to this substitution policy



We understand that there are times you may choose to return items for un-foreseen reasons, we gladly accept returns within 48 hours and issue refund for returned items (exclusions applies, please refer below). Our return policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer returns, refund or exchange.

For any returns initiated not due to the’s mistake, You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost and also additional shipping cost paid to carrier for the delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 Additional non-returnable items:

  •  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  •  Some health and personal care items
  •  Perishables (Vegetables, Fruits etc) and Frozen items
  •  Inner wears and leggings 
  •  Same day delivery orders 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received in good condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
